act digital is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join an Agile team in a hybrid Lisbon environment. You will contribute to the evolution and maintenance of critical backend solutions, developing features, diagnosing issues, and mentoring teammates.

You will work with Oracle database logic and modern Java EE technologies, while collaborating in Scrum ceremonies and delivering high-quality, secure backend systems that meet performance standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in Java development (Core/SE).
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience reading, adapting, and developing Oracle Stored Procedures.
• Good understanding of Java EE architecture and specifications (EJB, JMS, JPA, CDI, JAX-WS, JAX-RS).
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Git and Maven.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Develop new features and enhancements for Java backend applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for identified issues.
• Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions with a high degree of autonomy.
• Develop and maintain Oracle database logic.
• Support junior team members through mentoring and code reviews.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and task estimation activities.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
