FedEx is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer for the GTS Europe Planning & Engineering team to analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end processes, partnering with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to drive productivity and operational excellence.

You will translate business needs into scalable process and system solutions, lead discovery workshops, mentor junior colleagues, and shape future-ready operations in a hybrid, international environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Process Engineering, BPM, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs.
• Proven experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in productivity, cycle times, quality and customer outcomes.
• Experience in regulated environments with governance and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Regulatory and Compliance teams to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into effective process and system solutions using process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop future-state designs and support system implementations for seamless operations.
• Lead process discovery workshops and mentor junior colleagues.
