FedEx is looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive end-to-end process optimization and operational excellence. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to map, redesign, and implement scalable solutions.

With 5+ years in process engineering or transformation programs, you will translate business needs into effective process designs and support system implementations to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality across the

Qualificações

Bachelor's or MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
5+ years in Process Engineering, BPM, or Transformation programs.
Proven ability to map, analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes.
Experience delivering measurable productivity and efficiency improvements.

Responsabilidades
