Farfetch is seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead consolidation and financial reporting from the Porto office. You will work with accounting coordinators to ensure timely monthly closings and IFRS compliance, supporting the global group with accurate disclosures.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting or consolidation, fluency in English, and strong collaboration across departments. Excellent analytical skills and autonomy are essential in this dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or master degree in accounting, management, economics or auditing.
• At least 5 years of functional experience in accounting, auditing or consolidation.
• Knowledge of IFRS; consolidation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares bookings of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses entries by compiling and analysing accounting information.
• Monitors sub-ledgers verifying transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyses the reasonability of trial balances’ variances.
• Analyses the consolidated information for the group, including Balance Sheet and P&L Fluxes.
• Supports the implementation of new IFRS standards.
• Supervises work of junior team members as needed.
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and timelines.
• Contributes to external audit processes.
