Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will guide the required process and policy amendments that are necessary for prompt, worldwide, and smooth execution of the standards. You will have an important role in the accountancy of our company, working together with the team to achieve the goals for the monthly closing.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key contributor to financial transformation and support the company's growth and profitability objectives. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with the Finance team and cross‑functional stakeholders, with strong exposure to the business, to support performance analysis, forecasting and decision‑making. You will manage financial performance across the global marketplace, focusing on both financial performance and operational costs (e.g. customer compensation costs, reimbursements). The role requires strong analytical skills, a genuine interest in how the business operates, and the ability to connect financial, accounting, and operational perspectives.
