EY-Parthenon in Lisbon is seeking an M&A Hospitality Senior Consultant to grow EY's Hospitality Real Estate platform in Portugal and Iberia, overseeing advisory work across transactions and strategy with a focus on relationship building and deal origination.

The role requires deep hospitality real estate knowledge, strong analytical capability, and fluency in Portuguese and English, offering mentorship and career growth within EY-Parthenon's global platform.

Qualifications

Academic background in Hospitality Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Economics, Business Management or related disciplines.
More than 4 years of experience within the Hospitality industry across hospitality real estate, asset management, development, investment advisory, or related environments.
Deep understanding of the hospitality market in Portugal and Iberia with a network of developers, brands, operators, investors and lenders.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on hospitality and real estate strategy and decisions.
Lead and participate in hospitality and real estate transactions, both buy- and sell-side.
Support brand and operator selection, structuring terms and leases.
Lead transaction origination, investor identification, and market outreach.
Develop relationships with hotel brands, operators, developers, investors and lenders.
Conduct strategic, financial and investment analyses of opportunities in hospitality and real estate.
Prepare client-facing materials in English and Portuguese.
Contribute to business development and market positioning in Portugal and Iberia.
