Emma – The Sleep Company seeks a Senior Performance & Growth Manager to join the EU Ecommerce team. You will lead online marketing strategy for the Dutch market, manage the full marketing budget and channel mix across paid social, paid search, CRM, Affiliates and Influencer programs.

• Experience in growth marketing for e-commerce
• Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels

• Lead online marketing strategy for the Dutch market across paid social, paid search, CRM, Affiliates, Influencer and other growth initiatives.
• Manage the full marketing budget and channel mix to drive sustainable revenue growth, strong ROI and healthy contribution margins.
