Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Performance & Growth Manager to lead our online marketing strategy for the Dutch market. You will manage the full marketing budget and channel mix across paid social, paid search, CRM, affiliates, influencer partnerships, and other key growth initiatives to drive sustainable revenue and healthy ROI.

About The Role:

We are looking for a SeniorPerformance & Growth Manager to join our EUEcommercedepartment.You willbe responsible fordriving our online marketing strategy,managing the full marketing budget and channel mixfor the DutchMarket ,across paid social, paid search, CRM, Affiliates,Influencerand other key growth initiatives, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, strong ROI, and healthy contribution margins.

At the same time,you will lead a lean team and act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders across Country Management, Business Development, and Global Marketing teams.
