Creative Fabrica in Portugal is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to architect and scale our multimodal generation pipeline. You will design high-concurrency Go microservices that orchestrate heavy AI workloads across media domains and deliver reliable, fast generation for a global creator audience.

You will optimize ConnectRPC and async pipelines (Kafka, SQS), work with AWS (EKS, S3, Lambda), and collaborate with AI researchers to turn model outputs into a polished One Person Studio

Qualificações

• Advanced Go engineering with extensive experience in building and scaling Go services in high-traffic SaaS environments.
• Ability to design microservices that leverage asynchronous processing (Kafka & SQS) and low-latency communication (gRPC/ConnectRPC/GraphQL).

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrate multimodal workflows: design and scale Go-based microservices that manage AI generation lifecycles.
• Performance engineering: optimize ConnectRPC services and async pipelines (Kafka + SQS) for long-running inference tasks.
• Build the creative engine: develop backend logic for multimodal orchestration and advanced features.
• Data & infrastructure: collaborate with AWS, manage data throughput, and integrate with storage/compute clusters.
• Collaborate with AI researchers: bridge model outputs to a polished One Person Studio UX.
