the company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Integrations Team. You will help us build how the company appears in the AI ecosystem, focusing on language clients, CLI, MCP server, and third-party integrations. You’ll work with Go and Rust, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and engage the developer community.

You will shape integrations with external ecosystems, set correctness expectations, and collaborate with product teams and partners in a fast-moving, ambiguous space.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience on backend systems, services or libraries.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and understanding of LLMs, agents and MCP.
• Significant Go experience and familiarity with other languages.
• Knowledge of client-server networking, HTTP, and RESTful APIs.
• Comfort reading codebases in unfamiliar languages and contributing across languages.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve the MCP server and underlying infrastructure, primarily in Go.
• Develop the platform for universal agent skills and tooling.
• Ensure correctness through evals and robust testing of shipped skills and tools.
• Design and deliver integrations to make the company available inside third-party ecosystems.
• Contribute to the company CLI to improve developer efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and support libraries, tools, and integrations across the Stack in Go and Rust.
• Bring product thinking and defend why and what to build, informed by the ecosystem around us.
