Block Labs in Portugal seeks an experienced Go backend engineer to build distributed, transactional services across crypto, fintech, and real-money gaming. You will own end-to-end backend components, from design to production, with emphasis on correctness, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate across product, engineering, infra, and QA, and take ownership of context, sequencing, tests, and automated checks.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building Go services for high-volume, real-time workloads.
• Strong judgement on multi-tenancy, event-driven architectures, queues, and reliability.
• Ability to own complex systems end-to-end from design to production.
• Experience delivering maintainable APIs for multi-tenant or white-label products.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement distributed Go services handling high-volume workloads.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, infra, and QA across the lifecycle.
• Define scope, sequencing, and verification to ensure correctness.
• Operate and monitor deployed systems, addressing failures proactively.
