Job summary

Siemens Energy is building a dedicated Function Controlling team for Transformation of Industry in Lisbon. You will partner with corporate functions to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, reporting on headcount, spend and projects, and shaping day-to-day business partnering for your functions.

You will report to the Head of Function Controlling within a growing Corporate FP&A organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in finance or related field.
• Experience in controlling, FP&A, cost controlling or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with business context awareness.

Responsibilities

• Review the latest forecast for central functions, discuss drivers and actions.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and coordinate inputs with local controllers.
• Provide concise management messaging and ensure data quality across reporting.
• Develop and improve planning, reporting, and allocation processes.
• Partner with functions (IT, HR, Communications, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, Finance) on decisions.
