Base360.ai is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own end-to-end software development across frontend and backend, AI-powered workflows, and integrations within the short-term rental ecosystem.

You'll collaborate with founders, designers, and operators to turn real customer problems into reliable, scalable features, shipping with speed and quality in a remote-first, product-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Experience shipping production software for web apps.
• Strong front-end and back-end capabilities across React and Python.
• Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end-to-end from idea to production including frontend, backend, APIs, and testing.
• Build customer-facing features, dashboards, automation engines, and AI-powered workflows.
• Create intuitive user interfaces with designers to simplify complex operations.
• Develop event-driven automations to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
• Integrate with external platforms (Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio) and internal systems.
• Measure success using adoption, time saved, and error reduction.
