Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Porto Hybrid team. You will work across the stack with React on the frontend and Java Spring Boot on the backend, delivering features end-to-end for the Frontline platform.

We value deep expertise, ownership, and collaboration in a global environment, with strong CI/CD practices, modern tooling, and a focus on reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack development or senior-level expertise.
• Strong TypeScript and React frontend development skills.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot backend development with Spring Data and Spring Security.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM (Hibernate).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of security/auth standards (JWT, OAuth2, OpenAPI).
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript and React.
• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to architecture and design for reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the stack.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and follow CI/CD practices.
• Engage in peer reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions to raise quality.
• Take ownership of your domain and drive results with accountability.
