TeamViewer is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and build backend services powering our products and the web applications above them. You will own features end to end, shape technical direction and mentor engineers across teams.

You will work with Java/Kotlin or Node.js/TypeScript, React and TypeScript, and collaborate on scalable, secure systems while contributing to our design system and AI-assisted development practices.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development with backend and frontend.
• Strong backend experience with Java and/or Kotlin and Spring Boot, or Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience with modern state management.
• Distributed systems, API design and software architecture knowledge.
• Relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases experience.
• Experience with Kafka, NATS or RabbitMQ.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and production observability experience.
• Security best practices for backend and web apps.
• Experience with AI coding tools and responsible use.
• Mentoring engineers and agile teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and operate backend services and APIs using Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Build web applications with React and TypeScript, contribute to design system and micro-frontends.
• Drive architecture and design decisions for scalable, secure services.
• Design data models and choose storage across SQL and NoSQL.
• Design asynchronous integrations using Kafka, NATS or RabbitMQ.
• Own deployment and operation of services with Docker and Kubernetes; improve CI/CD and observability.
• Drive testing strategy across the stack.
• Promote AI-assisted development practices.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
