Reviva | Deorganising Crime ™ in Cascais, Portugal, is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of its RegTech SaaS customer-facing platform. The role focuses on the core product and AI agent layer, taking ownership from design through production.

You will work across backend and frontend services, manage AI agent workflows, and optimize performance, costs and observability in production. Hybrid work from Cascais is offered.

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering with AI agents in production.
• Ability to explain a real system you helped design and build.
• Experience with AI agent workflows, design, and production readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate multi-step AI agent workflows.
• Design tool and function calling between agents and product services.
• Manage state, context, retries, fallbacks and human intervention.
• Implement tracing and observability across agent workflows.
• Own latency, token usage and model cost in production.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
• Own what you build after release and improve it in production.
