Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of a next-generation charter and transport planning platform.
• Act as the technical frontend lead within the project team, driving architectural decisions.
• Design, evaluate and evolve maintainable and robust frontend applications.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, coding standards and automated testing.
• Drive technical excellence by promoting continuous improvement, modern tooling and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX experts to deliver intuitive and performant solutions.
• Act as a role model for accountability, quality awareness and strong engineering practices.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical risks, including performance, security and scalability concerns.
