Job summary

ICT Strypes Portugal is hiring a Frontend Developer to join our team in Porto, operating in a hybrid model. You will build Angular applications with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and SCSS, and contribute to architecture and quality through reviews and testing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of Angular (preferably Angular 17+), including standalone components.
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and SCSS.
• Experience with APIs and design systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI/CD or similar).
• Experience with unit and integration testing in front-end apps.
• Good communication skills in English.
• System-level mindset linking front-end to the rest of the product.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain Angular applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS.
• Apply modern Angular practices and evolve the codebase.
• Convert requirements and UI designs into clean, scalable code.
• Own front-end features from start to finish and ensure quality via reviews and tests.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and engineers to deliver a cohesive experience.
• Work according to Agile Scrum methodologies.
