Job summary

ICT Strypes Portugal is looking for a Front-End Developer to join our Porto team. You will build and evolve Angular applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and SCSS, taking ownership of front-end topics and contributing to technical decisions in a supportive, international setting.

You will collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and engineers to deliver a coherent user experience, apply modern Angular practices, and ensure code quality through reviews and tests while working

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in front-end development.
Strong knowledge of Angular (preferably Angular 17 or newer).
Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS.
Experience with APIs and design systems.
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD).
Experience with unit and integration testing in front-end apps.
Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and maintain Angular applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and SCSS.
Apply modern Angular practices, including standalone components and new control flow syntax.
Translate requirements and UI designs into clean, scalable code and participate in front-end architecture discussions.
Own front-end features from start to finish; maintain quality via code reviews and automated tests.
Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and engineers across disciplines; follow Agile Scrum practices.
