Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Controller for an interim assignment in the Lisbon area. The role focuses on strengthening financial processes, improving internal controls, and enabling a scalable finance function during the transition.

Key responsibilities include overseeing treasury and AP/AR activities, driving process improvements, and delivering analyses to support decisions, with collaboration across Operations, Procurement, and Production teams.

Qualificações

• 8 to 15 years of experience in senior finance roles.
• Previous experience as a Finance Controller, Finance Manager, or similar position.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or other operationally intensive environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, transformation, or finance reorganization initiatives.
• Experience coordinating and supporting finance teams.
• Strong Excel skills and solid ERP system experience.
• Hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Well-organized, results-oriented, and capable of operating effectively in changing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day management of the Finance Department.

A growing organization undergoing a finance transformation and organizational restructuring is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Controller to support its Finance Leadership Team. This interim assignment will focus on strengthening financial processes, enhancing internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the evolution of the finance function while ensuring business continuity throughout the transition.

Mission

To support the Finance Leadership Team in the reorganization of the finance function by overseeing day-to-day financial operations, driving process improvements, strengthening governance and controls, and contributing to the professionalization and scalability of the finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the Finance Department.
• Oversee Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Review existing financial processes and implement operational improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.
