Tiger Recruitment is seeking an organised, proactive Project Officer to join the Finance Transformation team in Lisbon on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate project activities, maintain plans and RAID logs, organise meetings and support governance across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project coordination, experience in finance or technology transformation, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience within a Project Coordinator or Project Officer role.
• Experience supporting business, finance or technology transformation projects.
• Prince2 qualification or similar project management certification is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.

Project Officer – Finance Transformation

Role: Project Officer – Finance Transformation

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract: 12-month FTC

We are seeking an organised, proactive and hands-on Project Officer to join the Finance Transformation team of a successful investment firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of several key finance and business transformation initiatives, working closely with teams across the business to help drive operational improvements.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, internal stakeholders, external consultants and third-party partners to coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation and ensure initiatives are delivered successfully. This role requires someone who can take ownership, manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships across the business.

What You'll Do
