Emma is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Analyst to drive commercial excellence and regional performance for Emma's European D2C business. You will build scalable frameworks and cross-market initiatives that empower country teams to deliver consistent results and accelerate EU growth.

Reporting to the Business Strategy Manager, you will collaborate with Ecommerce Country Teams, Global Marketing, Category Management, and Webshop and Operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally in e-commerce.
• Able to translate campaign mechanics and KPIs into regional planning and execution.
• Data-led and commercially sharp; uses data to drive decisions.
• Ownership mindset with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define scalable regional commercial structures and playbooks.
• Lead cross-country initiatives to share best practices.
• Build scalable processes enabling local teams with regional alignment.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and market performance visibility.
• Partner with Global Marketing, Category Management, and Webshop/Operations.
• Monitor KPIs and risks to drive EU growth performance.
• Act as strategic sparring partner to country teams.
