Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to join a hybrid project and help drive robust data integration across platforms. You will design architectures for complex data flows, implement Informatica PowerCenter pipelines, and optimize SQL for performance.

You will mentor teammates, contribute to code reviews, and promote best practices while ensuring data quality and security. 7+ years of ETL experience, strong Informatica PowerCenter skills, and solid data

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of ETL development experience.
• Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter Designer/Workflow/Repository.
• Solid SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with large-scale data integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design architectures for complex data flows, mappings, mapplets and workflows.
• Develop, test and deploy robust ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures and Shell scripts.
• Integrate heterogeneous data sources including RDBMS, flat files, APIs, XML/JSON and Cloud platforms.
• Analyze and optimize ETL and database performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 3 production incidents.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security throughout ETL processes.
• Automate scheduling and workload processes (Control-M, AutoSys, Dollar Universe).
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Act as a Tech Lead, review code and promote best practices.
• Mentor and support other development team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Design technical architectures for complex data flows, mappings, mapplets and workflows.
• Develop, test and deploy robust ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and, ideally, IICS.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures and Shell scripts.
• Integrate heterogeneous data sources including relational databases, flat files, APIs, XML/JSON and Cloud platforms.
• Analyze and optimize ETL and database performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 3 production incidents.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security throughout ETL processes.

What we're looking for:

Must-have:

• 7+ years of professional experience as an ETL Developer.
• Advanced expertise in Informatica PowerCenter: Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor and Repository Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and significant experience with a major DBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, including Star/Snowflake schemas, Kimball/Inmon methodologies and SCD.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Informatica IICS, IDQ or MDM.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with workload automation tools such as Control-M or Jenkins.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
