Causeway Construction Limited is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide product teams, delivering market-leading software for the construction sector with AI-first and cloud-native approaches.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will drive technical delivery, mentor engineering leads, and ensure projects are on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's strategic vision.

Qualificações

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and delivering the product strategy.
• Experience delivering multi-tenant, cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on development with best practices and modern engineering standards.
• Strong familiarity with AI-first engineering practices and adoption across teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and drive technical leadership across engineering teams.
• Ensure products are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee delivery within budget and on time, with rigorous governance in Jira.
• Coach and develop Engineering Leads to maximize team performance.
• Foster AI-first culture and continuous learning across teams.
• Collaborate with product management to translate roadmaps into deliverables.
