Shape.Construction is seeking a Product Manager to own a core area of the Shape platform end to end, aligning customer problems with measurable project outcomes on live projects. You will impact both on-site and commercial teams, and shape AI-enabled product directions while ensuring adoption and tangible project value.

You will work with engineering, design and consultancy teams on live projects, building a world‑class product function while delivering real outcomes in construction management

Qualificações

• Must-Have: Mastery — Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end to end, with a clear track record of driving business outcomes for customers.
• Must-Have: Mastery (AI) — Real, hands-on proficiency with AI, shipping or prototyping AI-powered features; understanding of retrieval/grounding, evaluation, hallucination risk, cost and latency trade-offs.
• Must-Have: Range — Able to design for users in challenging environments and for executives defending numbers in high‑stakes settings.
• Must-Have: Communication — Clear, compelling communicator able to write strategy and engage both engineers and senior leaders.
• Must-Have: Leadership — Owns decisions, accountable for outcomes, advocates for the product.
• Must-Have: Impact — Rigorous with data, able to spot opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Must-Have: Domain — Ideally construction/engineering/real estate or adjacent complex industry.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product area end to end: problem, strategy, roadmap and results, with success defined in customer and commercial terms.
• Spend real time on live projects to deepen understanding of construction workflows and commercial dynamics.
• Ship AI features responsibly, with human‑in‑the‑loop where needed, and evaluate output quality and cost.
• Drive roadmap prioritisation and trade-offs, communicating clearly to engineers and leaders.
• Grow the product function by sharing feedback, coaching, and fostering a learning culture.
