KCS IT, a Lisbon-based consulting company, is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our hybrid team in Carcavelos, Lisbon. You will implement and configure Dynamics 365 solutions across Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, and related modules, work with Dataverse/Power Platform, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Professional experience implementing, configuring, or functionally managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service, Data or related modules.
Ability to configure Dynamics 365 solutions using the platform’s standard tools, minimizing custom development.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, model-driven apps).
Experience gathering and analysing requirements, designing business processes, and preparing functional documentation.
Experience working with external vendors and supporting technology implementation projects.
Ability to act as a functional Product Owner, managing the backlog, priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum or Kanban.
Experience preparing and executing functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Knowledge of security models, roles, teams, business units, and permissions within Dynamics 365.
Ability to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems, even without being an exclusively technical profile.
Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
