KCS IT, a Lisbon-based consulting company, is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our hybrid team in Carcavelos, Lisbon. You will implement and configure Dynamics 365 solutions across Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, and related modules, work with Dataverse/Power Platform, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Professional experience implementing, configuring, or functionally managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service, Data or related modules.
• Ability to configure Dynamics 365 solutions using the platform’s standard tools, minimizing custom development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, model-driven apps).
• Experience gathering and analysing requirements, designing business processes, and preparing functional documentation.
• Experience working with external vendors and supporting technology implementation projects.
• Ability to act as a functional Product Owner, managing the backlog, priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience preparing and executing functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of security models, roles, teams, business units, and permissions within Dynamics 365.
• Ability to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems, even without being an exclusively technical profile.
• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business needs and processes.
• Gather requirements, translate into functional specs and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support deployment projects.
• Manage the backlog and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Assist in creating test plans and performing UAT to validate solutions.

• Experience working on medium- to large-scale CRM projects.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or other backlog and project management tools.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solutions, pipelines, and Power Platform environment management.
• Knowledge of Power BI and experience building dashboards using Dynamics 365 data.
• Experience in higher education, professional services, organisations with multiple business areas, or environments involving a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, privacy, and personal data management.
