Adentis Portugal is looking for a professional to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations from design to go-live. You will define architecture and best practices while managing integrations with enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale projects and strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, as well as fluency in Portuguese and English. A flexible work routine is offered with continuous professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations end-to-end (design to go-live)
• Define architecture, governance and best practices
• Align business needs with platform capabilities (fit-to-standard)
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems
• Support platform evolution and continuous improvement
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders in complex environments

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale enterprise projects
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Field Service, Project Operations, Dataverse)
• Experience with CRM, Project Management and Asset Management processes
• Background in governance, architecture and integrations
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
