Landing is seeking a Dynamics 365 Professional to work with top specialists delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions from Portugal to the world.

You will join a collaborative team, translating business needs into scalable tech, mentoring peers, and contributing to international projects while delivering customer-focused excellence. This role requires 3 days onsite in a hybrid model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 1–8 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Experience in developing Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, customization, configuration, integration in Dynamics 365.
• English advanced level; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and international projects is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Join and contribute to challenges focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate activities for project outputs using Agile methods.
• Manage daily client interactions within your scope.
• Translate business requirements into development specifications for scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior teammates and share knowledge.
• Contribute to project documentation design and development.
• Provide technical support to national and international clients.

What you will do:

• Joining and actively participating in technological challenges, with a focus on projects aimed at improving operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Planning, executing, and/or coordinating independently your activities or those of more junior team members in producing project outputs within a project or project stream, using an Agile approach
• Responsibly managing daily interactions with the client within your scope of activity
• Translating business requirements into development requirements for high-quality, scalable solutions, following best practices
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to the design and development of project support documentation
• Providing technical support and collaborating with teams for national and/or international clients

Requirements:

• Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• 1 to 8 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform projects
• Experience in development of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Platform solutions
• Strong knowledge of architecture, customization, configuration, implementation, and integration within Dynamics 365
• Experience in customization and integration of Dynamics CRM components
• Proficiency in CRM data management, including data migration, import/export, and data quality assurance
• Experience with user management, data management, and security in CRM systems and Microsoft Active Directory
• Knowledge of Dynamics modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or similar
• Technical knowledge of .NET, C#, and JavaScript
• Certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, AZ-900, PL-600, MB-210, MB-230, or similar (preferred)
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
• For more senior profiles, experience in mentoring team members and/or managing projects and clients is valued
• Experience in international projects is a plus
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (mandatory 3 days onsite)
