Job summary

Plateful, a fast-growing DTC kitchen brand, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate creative across paid social, email, web, print, and product launches.

This is not a production role. You will partner with Strategy and Media to craft high-converting visuals, using AI tools daily and pushing for better creative solutions. Remote position with CET-friendly hours and a strong portfolio required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within DTC eCommerce.
• DTC eCommerce experience is required.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional marketing creative and strong commercial design skills.
• Outstanding design taste with a premium, clean, modern aesthetic.
• Strategic thinker who proactively suggests better creative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Comfortable using AI tools daily to improve output and efficiency.
• Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid marketing channels.
• Use AI tools daily to create product imagery, assets, and marketing visuals.
• Design engaging social media content (carousels, infographics, promo graphics).
• Develop and maintain brand assets and visual identity systems.
• Design print materials for campaigns, retail and brand initiatives.
• Retouch and enhance product photography and lifestyle imagery.
• Collaborate with strategists and buyers to improve concepts before production.
• Contribute ideas to improve creative performance beyond execution.
