Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Data Center Operations Director for a partner company in Portugal. You will lead end-to-end delivery across hyperscale and enterprise data center programs, overseeing engineering, PM, field services, supply chain and operations across multiple sites.

The role requires deep technical data center expertise, strong financial governance, and a proven track record managing multi-site programs with ambitious timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, PM or related field.
• PMP certification required; PgMP certification preferred.
• Approximately 10–12 years total experience, with 8–10 in PM and 4–5 in program mgmt.
• Led at least three programs each valued at $100M+.
• Extensive data center operations and multi-site program delivery experience.
• Experience managing matrixed teams across geographies and complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and operations of large-scale data center programs.
• Oversee end-to-end deployments, including Day 2 operations.
• Develop multi-year program roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Provide governance, risk, and financial oversight across programs.
• Serve as executive client leader and drive account growth.
