Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead Identity Security across human and agentic identities, shaping a zero-trust, cloud-native future. You will chair four teams—Directory Services, PAM, IGA, and Secure Data—while guiding governance, observability, and compliance at scale.

Hybrid or on-site work with frequent cross‑functional collaboration, global stakeholder engagement, and a focus on automation-first engineering for enterprise identity platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in identity security or related cybersecurity engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with enterprise-scale identity platforms.
• Experience with non-human identity management and agentic identities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified Identity Security strategy across human and agentic identity.
• Modernise enterprise identity infrastructure with cloud-native, zero-trust fabric.
• Oversee directory services modernization and cloud-based identity providers.
• Lead PAM design and automated privileged access governance.
• Drive IGA automation and governance for agentic identities.
• Build secrets management, DLP, and identity observability across platforms.
• Establish SRE-based metrics and 24x7 incident response for identity services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management for identity programs.
• Lead budget, vendor selections, and capability development.
