Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior Information Security & Risk Management program leader in Lisbon. You will drive cybersecurity initiatives, coordinate across ISRM, IT, and business units, and shape governance and delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires strong PM skills, stakeholder management, and experience in global enterprises. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 or CISSP/CISM viewed favorably.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leading cybersecurity projects in global enterprises.
• Strong PM skills: planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Experience in program office operations, governance, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across multiple initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across geographies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and controls; PMP/PRINCE2, CISSP/CISM a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project governance, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Partner with ISRM, IT, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Create and manage project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and success metrics.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor program health, risks, blockers, and drive timely resolution.
• Lead cross-functional virtual project teams delivering cybersecurity initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.
• Improve governance and reporting to boost delivery consistency.
