Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior Information Security & Risk Management program leader in Lisbon. You will drive cybersecurity initiatives, coordinate across ISRM, IT, and business units, and shape governance and delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
The role requires strong PM skills, stakeholder management, and experience in global enterprises. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 or CISSP/CISM viewed favorably.

As a member of BCG’s Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic initiatives across BCG’s cybersecurity program. Working closely with ISRM, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help drive security initiatives that support compliance, operational excellence, and business priorities while providing clear visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Your work will help ensure cybersecurity initiatives are delivered consistently, transparently, and efficiently, strengthening BCG’s security posture while enabling the firm’s global business priorities.
This role combines project leadership with program governance to improve the execution and effectiveness of cybersecurity initiatives. You will help establish consistent project management practices, strengthen operational processes, and enable successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive progress in a fast-paced, global environment.
You will join BCG’s Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team, partnering with cybersecurity, IT, risk, and business stakeholders across the firm to strengthen BCG’s global cybersecurity capabilities.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic cybersecurity initiatives, improve operational effectiveness, and support the firm’s risk management objectives. You will work closely with technical and non-technical colleagues across multiple geographies, building trusted relationships, aligning diverse stakeholders, and helping drive successful outcomes across a global portfolio of initiatives.
