Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management, to lead AI-enabled products within our Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) portfolio in Lisbon. You will shape a scalable product strategy, translate strategy into successful roadmaps, and drive adoption across senior stakeholders and clients.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will guide development, commercialization, and ongoing iterations.

Qualificações

• 8-10 years of product management experience, including strategy and leadership for enterprise software or AI-enabled products.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into product roadmaps, MVPs, and commercialization plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with experience engaging C-suite executives.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle for priority AI-enabled products within CXT.
• Translate business strategy into clear product priorities, MVPs, launch plans, and long-term roadmaps.
• Partner with technical, commercial, and client-facing teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive product discovery with Partners, case teams, and clients to identify high-value opportunities.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, including adoption, usage, and commercial impact.
• Lead ongoing product enhancement driven by user feedback, market developments, and AI capabilities.
