Chain IQ in Portugal seeks a senior product leader to drive AI-driven procurement innovations. You will own a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives across products and platform capabilities, collaborating with engineering, data, security, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

This role requires strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and a proven track record delivering enterprise software outcomes in fast-moving environments.

Qualificações

• Experience managing complex enterprise software products or strategic digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of product management, business process optimisation, and enterprise software delivery.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable product capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, define, and prioritise strategic AI initiatives aligning with product and business objectives.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple products and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, procurement specialists, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data, Security, UX, and Professional Services to deliver value.
• Translate procurement challenges into scalable digital products, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define initiative objectives, success metrics, adoption targets, and value realisation plans.
