We are recruiting a Digital Transformation Program Lead for a global medical technology organisation. The role will initially focus on a major website replatforming and digital ecosystem transformation programme, with further global initiatives to follow.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Transformation, Programme Management, Project Management or Technology Delivery
• Proven experience delivering complex digital or technology programmes
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and IT
• Experience working with external agencies, vendors or system integrators
• Experience with websites, CMS, digital platforms, e-commerce or MarTech is advantageous
• Optimizely, Adobe, Sitecore, AEM, Contentful or similar experience is beneficial
• Experience working across multiple countries or international environments is desirable
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with senior/executive stakeholders
• Fluent English and Portuguese are essential
