EY Portugal’s Consulting Digital Risk practice is seeking an Experienced Manager to lead complex engagements focused on IT risk, internal controls and digital transformation. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across national and international markets, delivering pragmatic recommendations and building trusted client relationships.

Qualificações

• Master's or university degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in IT Risk, IT Audit, Digital Risk, Internal Controls or related areas.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex project environments.
• Proven ability delivering large-scale client engagements.
• Experience with IT controls frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001/42001) and IT risk transformation services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver projects focused on Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit with emphasis on IT and Digital Risks.
• Manage client engagements from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Support organizations in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology and digital risks.
• Develop practical recommendations that create measurable business value for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development with existing and prospective clients.
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster a collaborative learning culture.
