Vodafone is seeking a Senior Digital & OSS E2E Solution Design Authority to define and evolve End-to-End Digital and OSS architecture, strategy and roadmaps aligned with Vodafone priorities. You will deliver complex, cross-domain designs enabling autonomous, data-driven capabilities while guiding the technology evolution across markets.

Ideal candidates have engineering/tech degrees and deep OSS/digital architecture expertise, including cloud-native systems, APIs, and AI-enabled architectures,

Qualificações

• Engineering/Technology or Math/Data Science degree with strong OSS/digital architecture background.
• Experience translating business requirements into end-to-end architectures and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, COBIT and TM Forum frameworks is expected.

• Own end-to-end Digital & OSS strategy and roadmap, enabling Autonomous Networks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, cost-efficient solutions.

To define, own and evolve End-to-End Digital and OSS architecture, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Vodafone priorities and enabling the move towards Autonomous Networks.

Deliver End-to-End Digital and OSS solution designs for complex, cross-domain and cross-market initiatives, enabling autonomous, data-driven and AI-assisted capabilities to support the network’s life cycle value streams, ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s technology strategy, architecture principles, and cost-efficient delivery.

As part of the Digital and OSS Engineering Team, works on bringing our architecture’s capabilities to live, from the ground up to play a key role in creating a modern environment that will revolutionize how we provide solutions to our community.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end Digital & OSS strategy and roadmap, with focus on enabling Autonomous Networks, including intent-based operations, policy-driven orchestration, and agentic decision automation
• Partner with business stakeholders, OSS management and technology teams to understand objectives and challenges, translate business requirements into clear end‑to‑end solution to shape scalable, reusable, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Ensure common ground of design principles related to the specific domains’ interworking capabilities.
• Drive the OSS technology evolution roadmap towards cloud-native, event-driven and AI-enabled platforms, in alignment to the Architecture recommendation
• Ensure strong design governance and strategic alignment, guiding technology choices and adoption of emerging OSS, automation and AI capabilities.

Who you are

• Engineering / Technology / Math’s/ Data Science Degree
• Deep expertise in OSS and Digital architecture, cloud-native systems and APIs.
• Experience with data-centric and AI-enabled architectures, including analytics, ML and agent-based frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across markets and cultures.
• System-level thinking balancing creativity /innovation, reuse, cost and operational stability.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy and requirements into end-to-end architectures, solution designs and roadmaps.
• Architecture frameworks: TOGAF, COBIT, TM Forum Frameworks (SID, eTOM).
• Cloud platforms, containers, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Agile and scaled agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe).
• Very good written skills to outline technical design documents.
