Job summary

Bosch Aveiro, part of the Bosch Group, hosts an Electric Solutions software engineering and DevOps team. The role focuses on building reliable CI/CD workflows, automating builds and tests, and delivering high-quality software for heat pump applications.

You will work with Linux and Windows environments, collaborate with international engineers, and help scale delivery infrastructure including cloud services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid experience in software development, CI/CD, DevOps, and agile practices at scale.
• Programming in Bash, Git, Python, Go, and C.
• Linux and Windows systems knowledge; familiarity with cloud-based deployment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve CI/CD workflows to support development, integration, testing and delivery.
• Automate builds, tests, code analysis, packaging, and releases with actionable feedback.
• Prioritize software quality across the lifecycle including testability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with software teams to implement platform improvements.
• Improve developer experience and reduce repetitive manual work.
• Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot build/integration issues across teams.
• Contribute to scalable build infrastructure including cloud-based services.
