The role blends hands-on engineering with technical project leadership, focusing on cloud adoption, automation, and reliable operations across hybrid teams in Lisbon/Porto.

You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage risks and timelines, and ensure security, resilience, and service quality across critical environments.

Qualificações

• Hands-on DevOps/infra professional with leadership experience.
• Strong Linux production experience.
• Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices and automation.
• Experience coordinating across international teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own infrastructure and production projects from planning to delivery.
• Lead technical efforts to ensure stability, performance, and reliability.
• Perform advanced production support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, application owners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and delivery tracking.
• Drive cloud adoption, automation, and modernization.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, service quality.
• Support deployments, migrations, and operational transitions.
• Contribute to DevOps and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Ensure security, resilience, and compliance standards.
