• Maintain 100% focus on creating outstanding digital products.
• Work iteratively on initial concepts, prototypes, and detailed designs, informed by user research, market trends, and creative insight.
• Participate hands-on through all product phases, from strategy to launch and optimization (this role is not limited to wireframes or a single phase).
• Mentor designers both on and off your project teams.
