Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, seeks Senior Design Leads to drive end-to-end digital product design in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You will mentor teams, work with product managers and developers, and shape products from strategy through launch with a strong emphasis on user-centered outcomes.

Applicants should show proven ideation, deep UX skills, and a robust portfolio. English communication and iterative prototyping experience are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Proven ability to propose creative concepts during initial project phases and deliver them through detailed design with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex UX challenges and the product strategy skills to deliver best-in-class visual design solutions.
• Ability to uncover and leverage business insights and user behaviors to define outstanding products.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present your work effectively.
• Experience in highly iterative, collaborative environments with daily work sharing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Portfolio is required as part of the application process.
