Job summary

Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, seeks a Design Director to drive design strategy and lead a talented design team. You will mentor colleagues and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers to craft digital products that balance aesthetics with seamless functionality.

We value iterative prototyping, user research, and data-informed design decisions, with emphasis on strong English communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to propose creative concepts during initial project phases and deliver on those ideas
• Proven ability to solve complex UX problems and translate them into strong visual design solutions
• Ability to uncover business truths and user behaviors that define great products
• Demonstrated skill in synthesizing and presenting work to stakeholders
• Experience thriving in a highly iterative, collaborative environment with daily feedback
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in English
• Portfolio is required as part of the application process

Responsibilities

• Stay focused on delivering great digital products through iterative design.
• Guide concepts from concept through prototype to final design based on user research and market trends.
• Engage across all product phases—from strategy to launch to optimization.
• Lead and mentor a project team of designers.
