Zühlke Group is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead software delivery within a global HVAC digital transformation initiative in Porto. You will own program increment and sprint planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery efficiency while partnering with DevOps for deployments.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in agile delivery, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading software delivery or release management in agile environments.
- Experience with multi-team roadmaps and delivery metrics is a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
Responsabilités
- Own Program Increment and sprint delivery planning, driving team velocity and overall delivery efficiency.
- Measure, track, and report on delivery flow metrics, story completion, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate release readiness across teams and orchestrate deployments with DevOps.
- Identify delivery risks early and lead mitigation strategies across squads.
- Facilitate sprint cycles, daily standups, and retrospectives with Scrum Masters.
