Qualificações

• 5+ years of database administration, governance and performance engineering.
• Expertise with MS SQL Server (on-prem and Azure SQL Managed Instances) and Oracle Database administration.
• Fluent in English and able to mentor teams and create runbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Assess on-premises and Azure database environments to establish governance standards and best practices.
• Identify operational, performance, and technical risks across MS SQL Server and Oracle platforms.
• Remediate to improve reliability, maintainability, capacity planning and data synchronization.
• Implement robust diagnostics, monitoring solutions, and governance procedures.
• Create detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
