Mindera is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join an agile, collaborative team where your voice matters as much as your code. You will be a technical partner helping build resilient systems that scale and guide data-driven decisions across marketing and product.

You will develop advanced models, produce clear narratives, and communicate insights to leadership and clients. Expect 0-15% travel depending on project needs.

Qualificações

• Senior Data Scientist capable of leading data initiatives with independence.
• Strong storytelling with data and stakeholder communication.
• Experience diagnosing business problems and defining metrics.
• Proven ability to build and iterate predictive models.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with marketing and product to diagnose business challenges and define data metrics.
• Lead creation and monitoring of models for marketing spend optimization and growth.
• Design clear narratives and visuals to communicate results to non-technical audiences.
• Prototype and validate insights with minimal mentorship.
• Evaluate modeling approaches and advise on best data science strategies.
