Qualificações

• Senior/Lead Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience building scalable, cloud-native data platforms.
• Ability to communicate model results to non-technical audiences.

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Data Scientist (+5y) to join our team and help build scalable, cloud-native data platforms that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with marketing and product teams to diagnose business challenges and define appropriate data metrics, analyses, and interpretations to drive strategic decisions.
• Define requirements for and lead the creation, monitoring, and iterative improvement of key statistical models used for marketing spend optimization and product growth.
• Design clear, unambiguous narratives and data visualizations to communicate model outputs and analysis results to broad, non-technical audiences.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Python or R for sophisticated multi-dimensional data sets (specifically libraries like CausalImpact and RStan).
• Advanced SQL skills to confidently manipulate and structure data.
• Hands-on experience working across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• (Nice to have): Familiarity or experience working within Databricks and Snowflake environments.
