Emerging Travel Group is seeking a Data Scientist to drive end-to-end ML projects and collaborate with data engineers and analysts. You will build models for pricing, LTV and retention, design A/B tests, and ensure production readiness with the team.

We value strong Python and SQL skills, experience with time series and uplift modeling, and the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions. Flexible remote/hybrid work is available to fit results-driven schedules.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Experience leading end-to-end ML projects across problem definition, modeling, piloting and results.
• Strong knowledge of classical ML techniques: feature engineering, classification, regression, boosting.
• Hands-on uplift modeling and time series tasks with business value.
• Experience communicating with business stakeholders on optimization problems (pricing, LTV, retention, A/B tests).
• Proficient in Python for DS/ML and writing readable code.
• Strong SQL skills to build datasets and run analyses.
• Nice to have MLflow/DVC, pipelines (Airflow or similar), anomaly detection, DL, model monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Drive ML projects end-to-end from problem definition to presenting results.
• Collaborate with data engineers to collect datasets and assess feasibility.
• Work with analysts on A/B test design and result interpretation.
• Develop models (classic ML, time series, uplift) and perform evaluation.
• Prepare models for transfer to production by the technical team.
• Own model quality, monitor key metrics, and address degradation.
