About the Job Mid Data Scientist

We are recruiting a Mid Data Scientist (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or similar;
• 3 years of experience (minimum) in Data Science environments;
• Strong knowledge of Python for ML (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn; basics of PyTorch/TensorFlow);
• Strong foundation in statistics and probability (hypothesis testing, inference, distributions);
• Experience with ML experimentation tools (MLflow, W&B, Databricks ML) and building and evaluating ML models (supervised and unsupervised);
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis;
• Understanding of model evaluation and validation techniques (cross-validation, metrics, overfitting);
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI or Tableau) and cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI);
• Understanding of MLOps fundamentals (model lifecycle, versioning, deployment);
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• English: minimum B2 level (mandatory).
